    This core exhibition is available all the time. The exhibit features three different parts: the Events of the Day, Before 9/11, and After 9/11.
  • Memorial Exhibition: In Memoriam


    This moving aspect of the museum honors all of the 2,977 people who were killed on 9/11. It also honors the victims who were killed at the World Trade Center in 1993. This touching gallery features all of their photos for a sobering experience.

    The Museum includes six main galleries showcasing artifacts from ground zero and before, during, and after the attacks. Many of these items are personal effects found at the site or provided by victims' families. The Museum also includes a 'First Responders Memorial Plaza,' which includes the names of all first responders who died in the attacks. The plaza was designed by Michael Arad and Peter Walker, a British architect, who, together with Sue Billig of PS3DV and Tod Williams, won the commission to design the Museum.
